Liam opened Crucible Strength and Conditioning to be more than a place where challenges build strength. It creates company that shapes character.
It’s a Crucible of aims, trials, failures and successes that forces change.
Liam has coached as a personal trainer since the early 2010s. He draws experience from competing in a range of sports, including cricket, Crossfit, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.
Liam loves coaching as a heart-mind pursuit on a strong relationship foundation.
He keeps classes small to keep individuals big and provide coaching that puts them in the crucible they need.
Liam built the kind of ‘open-gym’ he always dreamed of: deliberately small groups to ensure quality; programs that are personalised to drive success; a space where like-minded people are thrown in the crucible to get better, together.
